Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 2, 2026
Quick Timer provides online clock, alarm, timer, world clock, and date and time calculation tools. This policy explains information stored by your browser, external services used to provide features, and how advertising information may be handled if ads are enabled.
Information stored in your browser
Quick Timer may use browser local storage to remember your choices and settings. This can include alarm and timer settings, recent items, favorites, selected world clock cities, display preferences, your selected country, and temporary holiday or currency data. These items stay in your browser so the tools can remember your setup. You can remove them by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Dates entered in tools such as the age calculator are used by the browser to perform the calculation. Quick Timer does not send those input values to its servers for storage. Please use your judgment before entering sensitive dates or another person's information.
External services and network requests
Some features connect to external services to retrieve information. When a request is made, the provider may process information included in the network request, such as your IP address, browser information, and the requested data. Please review each provider's privacy information.
- Public holiday data: Nager.Date
- Exchange rates and currency list: Frankfurter
- Approximate visitor country: hosting provider country data and, when needed, ipwho.is
- Web fonts: Google Fonts
Country detection uses an approximate country-level IP lookup. Quick Timer does not request GPS or precise location data. You can change the selected country yourself.
Advertising and cookies
If Google AdSense ads are enabled on Quick Timer, Google and third-party advertising providers may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or browser identifiers to deliver ads, limit ad frequency, measure performance, or personalize ads. You can manage personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings. You can also adjust some third-party advertising cookie choices at AboutAds Choices.
Quick Timer itself does not currently set advertising cookies. When advertising is enabled, an advertising provider may use cookies or similar technologies. You can manage or delete cookies in your browser settings. Restricting cookies may affect how some advertising features work.
When ads are served to visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, a consent message may be shown as required by Google's policies. For more details about Google's ad technologies, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Retention and your choices
Quick Timer's local storage remains on your device until you remove this site's data in your browser. External providers handle information according to their own policies. You can change your selected country or clear this site's browser storage and cookies at any time.
Accuracy
Holiday listings use public country data and may not include every regional holiday or later change. Currency rates are for reference and may differ from rates and fees charged by financial institutions. Check current information from the relevant authority before relying on it for an important date or financial transaction.
Policy changes and contact
We may update this policy when service features or applicable requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when an update is made. For privacy or service questions, use the official Quick Timer channels listed on the About and contact page.
